Check your ChessCore plan and change it
The Billing section of Settings shows your ChessCore plan, seats and how much of the plan you are using. Upgrades go through secure checkout. Downgrades and seat changes are requested from the ChessCore team by email.
Steps
Select Settings near the bottom of the sidebar, then Billing in the Settings menu.
Check Plan and usage. It shows Active students, Active coaches and Centers against what your plan allows, and Copilot this month.
Under Billing & plan, your current plan, seat count and status are shown next to the heading.
To upgrade, choose a higher Plan tier (Hobby, Professional, Business or Enterprise) and select Upgrade & pay. You go to secure checkout, and the plan changes once payment is confirmed.
To downgrade or change seats, choose the plan or enter the Seats you want, then select Request this change. This opens an email to the ChessCore team with your choice filled in. Your current plan stays active until the change is made.
For Enterprise, select Contact sales. Enterprise is set up with the ChessCore team and nothing is charged on this page.
Good to know
- If you see Plan upgrades aren’t available yet, self-serve checkout is switched off for now. Picking a higher tier does not change or charge your plan.
- If ChessCore set your current plan for you, the button reads Review paid upgrade. You see the full-period charge and the date paid access ends before you select Continue to secure checkout.
- Coming back from a cancelled checkout does not change your plan. The plan shown on this page is always the current one.
- Owners and admins can change the plan. The built-in finance and operations roles can view it but not change it.
- Seats can be set between 1 and 100,000.
