AI copilot

Let AI do the heavy lifting. Your coaches make the call.

ChessCore is AI-native. The copilot drafts the words, your data supplies the facts, and your coaches decide what reaches families. Stockfish evaluates the chess; the AI only explains it.

  • Auto game review

Coaches pick games for Stockfish, and with the practice loop on, ChessCore also analyses up to two new synced games per student each night. The AI turns engine lines into plain-language coaching notes that cite the move number and eval change.

Read more about auto game review
  • Progress report drafts

Monthly parent reports drafted from attendance, rating history, and homework records. Every number comes from the database, never the model.

Read more about progress report drafts
  • Parent message drafts

Personal fee follow-ups and announcements start as drafts that wait for a person to review and send. Fee and class reminders are fixed templates the academy switches on, and class summaries can auto-publish once the coach notes behind them pass a completeness check, if you turn that on.

  • Coach copilot

Ask about any student before class and get answers grounded in that student’s games, ratings, and history. Retrieval is scoped to your academy’s data.

  • WhatsApp lead triage

Inbound inquiries get drafted replies from your own FAQ, schedule, and pricing in a shared inbox. Pricing answers stay firewalled to your approved numbers.

  • Mistake themes

Recurring tactical weaknesses are tagged across a student’s games, so homework and puzzles target what actually keeps going wrong.

Chess data

Teach each student from their own games and ratings

The chess record is first-class: games, ratings, openings, and tournaments live next to the operations they justify.

  • Lichess and Chess.com sync

Connect student accounts to pull games and ratings automatically. Lichess is first-class; Chess.com archives import read-only. Automatic sync is on the Pro plan and up. PGN upload covers the rest.

Read more about lichess and chess.com sync
  • Rating tracking

Append-only rating history per student with charts parents can actually read, alongside FIDE and platform IDs on each chess profile.

  • Game library

Every game stored with coach annotations, engine summaries, and searchable tags, building your academy’s own chess database over time.

  • Opening tags

Games are tagged by opening so coaches can spot repertoire gaps and track how a student’s choices evolve.

  • Tournament logs

Record internal and external tournament results per student, with sections, standings, and certificates for the wins worth celebrating.

    Read more about tournament logs
  • Puzzle assignment

Pick from 6,095,563 rated puzzles, ranked against each student’s weak themes, and students solve them on a spaced-repetition queue with streaks and a leaderboard.

Scheduling

Set the timetable once. Classes and reminders follow.

Set a batch’s recurring rule and ChessCore creates its classes, across timezones and centres. Class reminders go out 24 hours and 2 hours before each class, to guardians who agreed to messages.

  • Batch management

Organize batches by skill level, age group, or timezone. Assign coaches and set capacities. Bookable slots offer a freed seat to the next family on the waitlist, in order; a waitlist for a regular batch stays a staff task.

    Read more about batch management
  • Timezone-safe calendar

Times are stored in UTC and rendered in each family’s timezone, so an online academy never burns a lesson to a daylight-saving switch.

  • Conflict detection

Double-booked coaches, rooms, or students are caught at scheduling time, not discovered in class.

  • Absences and make-ups

A parent can send a leave request before a class. It is not an attendance mark and does not grant a make-up credit on its own. The coach’s attendance status settles credits under the academy’s policy, and a credit can be redeemed in a compatible batch.

  • Attendance and reminders

Coaches mark attendance in seconds; families get automated class reminders so no-shows stop being a surprise.

  • Online and hybrid classes

Run in-person centers and online batches from one calendar, with video and audio built in, or a Google Meet or Zoom link you paste in.

Read more about online and hybrid classes

Billing

Billing without the chase

Invoices, payment links, and a reconciled ledger, built for how academies in India and worldwide actually collect fees.

  • Razorpay and Stripe

Collect via UPI, cards, and netbanking with Razorpay in India, or Stripe where your Stripe account supports it. Recurring mandates follow RBI rules out of the box. Online collection is on the Grow plan and up.

  • Payment links

Send a WhatsApp or email link parents can pay from without creating an account, with a no-login status page for receipts. WhatsApp payment links and reminders are on the Grow plan and up.

    Read more about payment links
  • Reconciled ledger

Every fee, credit, and refund lands in a balance ledger per family, so the question “who owes what” always has one answer.

  • Overdue reminders

Reminders on your schedule are fixed templates; a personal follow-up is drafted by the AI and waits for you.

Trust and safety

Full automation, with families’ privacy built in

Most chess students are children. Names and contact details are masked before copilot text reaches a model, retrieval is scoped to your academy, and families can ask to see or erase their data.

  • Tenant isolation

Each academy’s data is isolated with row-level security enforced in the database, not just in the app layer.

  • Roles and permissions

Owner, admin, front desk, accounts, counsellor, sales, coach, parent, student and partner school: each role sees exactly what it allows, across web and portal.

  • Guardian consent

Guardian profiles, consent records, and communication preferences are tracked per student, with minor-data handling designed in.

  • AI data guardrails

Contact details, ID numbers and dates are masked and student names are replaced or shortened before copilot text reaches a model, and retrieval is scoped to your academy.

  • Audit logs

Fee changes, schedule edits, and every AI-assisted action are logged and attributable, including actions taken via the agent.

  • Human in the loop

By default the copilot asks before every change. Refunds, marking invoices paid, payroll and copilot messages to guardians need a second approver.
