Branding and white label
White label chess academy software that shows families your brand
Use your academy logo and colours on supported screens. Chain head office can set branding for its branches, including an email sender display name. Complete white label is in development: ChessCore branding remains on public pages, invites, certificate verification and other surfaces.
Parents and students can install their portal from a browser as a web app. Chain white label is listed on the Grow plan and up, custom domains on the Grow plan and up, and the branded web app on the Pro plan and up. These features remain partially implemented; confirm the available surfaces and setup before choosing a plan.

Help families recognise their academy at a glance
Upload your academy logo and set its brand colours. Supported screens use these details to help families recognise their academy. This does not replace ChessCore branding throughout the product.
For family access and the records parents can see, read about the parent portal.
Core, Grow, Pro and Enterprise also include a free academy website: a new site or a redesign, designed and built by the ChessCore team. Hosting stays free while you stay on a paid plan. You supply the content and your own domain.
Your chain’s name on emails and supported screens
A head-office owner or admin manages Settings > Chain brand. Active branches inherit supported settings. Single academies outside a chain have no white-label switch.
Emails can use the chain sender display name, while the sending address remains the platform address. Public academy pages, tournament pages and embeds, certificate verification, school pages and invites still identify ChessCore. Complete white label remains in development on the Grow plan and up.
Families sign in at your chain’s own domain
Custom domains remain partially implemented for chains on the Grow plan and up. Head office records the domain and verifies its DNS records. A ChessCore operator must then attach the hostname at the edge.
Host branding currently applies to the sign-in page. Confirm the hostname setup and supported screens with ChessCore before sending families to a new domain.
Your portal on families’ home screens, no app store needed
Parents and students open their portal in a browser, sign in and add the web app to their home screen. It uses the same portal records for classes, homework, reports and fees.
The branded web app is listed on the Pro plan and up, with branding still partially implemented. Browser installation is the current format. Confirm the branding available to your academy before choosing a plan for this feature.
Partner-school parents give consent and pay under the school’s brand
When your academy runs chess at a partner school, the parents there know the school, not you. For each school programme you set the school logo, its two brand colours, its legal entity and its contact details.
Staff send parents a signed link to a consent page and a payment page in the school brand. A parent can reopen the same link later, and the consent and payment land on the student record in your academy. School programmes are described further on chess academy management software.
Set the brand once; every active branch follows
An academy group or franchise sets its brand once at head office: the name, logo, primary and accent colours, and the email sender display name. Active branches inherit the supported settings. Complete white label and custom domains remain partially implemented, and ChessCore identification stays.
Each branch keeps its own students, batches, coaches and fees, and head office sees reports across branches. For the business side of franchising, read the guide to running a chess academy franchise in India.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do parents and students still see the ChessCore name?
Yes. Chain head office can set its display name, logo, colours and email sender display name, but ChessCore branding remains on public pages, invites, certificate verification and other surfaces. Complete white label is still in development.
Which plan includes white label and a custom domain?
The plan gates are Grow plan and up for chain white label and Grow plan and up for custom domains. Both remain partially implemented and are chain-level features. A single academy outside a chain has no white-label switch. Check the available surfaces and domain setup with ChessCore before choosing a plan for these features.
How do families install the parent and student app?
Families open their portal in a browser and add the installable web app to their home screen. The branded web app is listed on the Pro plan and up but branding remains partially implemented. This is a web app, not an academy-branded store listing.
How does a custom domain work?
Custom domains are partially implemented for chains. Head office records the domain and verifies DNS, then a ChessCore operator attaches the hostname at the edge. Host branding currently applies to the sign-in page. Confirm the setup before directing families to the domain.
We run several branches or a franchise. Who sets the brand?
A head-office owner or admin manages Settings > Chain brand. Active branches inherit the group branding. This changes supported branding fields; it does not remove ChessCore identification throughout the product.
Can a partner school use its own logo on parent pages?
Yes. Partner-school programmes have branded consent and payment pages with school details. ChessCore identification remains on school pages.
