Set up your academy, with us beside you

We onboard academies hands-on: your data imported, your batches scheduled, and your first AI-drafted reports approved in week one. The free plan needs no credit card.

Paid plans include a free academy website, designed and hosted by ChessCore. You supply the content and your own domain.

Your first week, step by step

3 steps, done with you

  1. We import your roster together

    Students, guardians and batches come in from the spreadsheets you already keep; we set up your fee plans with you.

  2. Bring in your students’ games

    Upload PGN games on every plan. On the Pro plan and up, connect Lichess and Chess.com accounts for auto-sync, and Stockfish analyzes up to two new synced games per student each night.

  3. You approve the first reports

    Within the first week, the copilot drafts progress reports and you send the first ones to parents.
