Read your academy dashboard (Command Center)
The Command Center is the owner view of the dashboard. It shows headline numbers for a period you choose, a chart for the one you select, and cards for the day’s to-do list, sessions, at-risk students, payments and lead funnel.
Steps
In the sidebar, select Command Center at the top.
Pick a period at the top of the page: 7D, 30D, 90D or 12M.
Narrow the numbers with the filters under the header. Branch and Programme limit the figures to one centre or programme. Compare to sets the comparison to the previous period or No comparison.
Read the headline tiles: Fees collected, Active students, Attendance, New leads and Outstanding. Each tile only shows if your role can read that data.
Select a tile to show its chart below the tiles.
Open How these numbers are counted to see what each figure includes, the date range and which time zone it uses.
Work down the page: To-do lists open tasks, then Today’s sessions, Students at risk, Recent payments and Lead funnel. Most cards have a link to the full list, such as Open schedule, See all, All payments or Open leads.
To download the figures on the page, select Customize, then Export summary CSV. The file includes the scope, currency and time zone of the figures.
Good to know
- To change which dashboard opens first, select Customize, choose a Dashboard view (Command Center, Coach, Sales or Finance) and select Make default. This control only appears when your role can see more than one dashboard. On the other views it sits in the page header.
- The headline tiles and chart need permission to read analytics. Without it, the tiles do not appear.
- The Finance view adds Dues aging and Fee escalations. Fee escalations lists invoices that ran out of automatic reminders and need a call or a waiver.
