View analytics and export a report
The Analytics page shows a snapshot of the academy and tabs for funnel, revenue, retention, attendance, coaches and more. From the Overview tab you can export the trend data as a CSV or PDF file.
Steps
In the sidebar, under Insights, select Reports. The page that opens is titled Analytics.
Read the snapshot at the top: Active students, Active coaches, Sessions this week and Attendance (30d). If your role can read invoices and payments, you also see Invoiced (30d), Received (30d) and Outstanding.
Below the snapshot, choose a tab: Overview, Funnel, Comms, Retention, Revenue, Ratings, Attendance, Coaches, Distribution or Insights. The page opens on Retention. The Revenue tab only shows if your role can read both invoices and payments.
Set the date range in the date field. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days, or pick your own dates in the calendar.
Choose the trend to chart: Attendance, Revenue, Leads, Enrollments or Rating. The list only shows trends your role can read.
To export, select the Overview tab. Then select Export CSV or Export PDF. The file covers the date range you set.
Good to know
- The export buttons only appear on the Overview tab. They export the Overview series (attendance, revenue, leads, enrollments and rating). The Funnel, Comms, Coaches, Distribution and Revenue tabs share the date range but have no export.
- Each analytics export is recorded in the audit log.
- Owners also see links to Class intelligence roll-up and Coach quality above the snapshot. On Coach quality, owners can select Export CSV to download the coach quality table.
- The Reports link shows for staff who can read analytics. Family and student accounts are sent to their own home page instead.
- For a quick copy of the dashboard figures, use Export summary CSV on the Command Center instead.
