Sign in to the parent portal and find your way around
How to sign in, reset a forgotten password, move between sections and switch between children.
Steps
On the sign-in page (Welcome back), enter your Email and Password and select Sign in.
You can also use Sign in with a passkey, or a Continue with Google, Microsoft or Apple button when your sign-in page shows one.
Parent accounts are taken to the parent portal. The home page greets you and shows your children’s next class, attendance, fees due (if you pay the fees), homework, From the coach and Progress.
On a phone, use the bar at the bottom: Home, Homework, Billing, Messages and Settings. Tap your picture at the top to open the full list, which also has Progress, Attendance & make-ups, Events, Requests & reviews and Sign out. On a tablet or computer, every section is in the side navigation.
If you have more than one child, choose a child at the top of the page. With up to three children you see All and their names. With more, use the Child list, which includes All children.
When your child has an online class, the next class card shows a join button. Join class or Join now ↗ appears 10 minutes before the start. Before that, you see a greyed-out Starts [time] button.
If you forget your password, select Forgot password?, enter your email on Reset your password and select Send reset link. The link in the email expires in 1 hour.
