See your child’s progress, reports and homework
Where to find your child’s rating, attendance, coach notes, approved reports, certificates and homework status.
Steps
Open Progress. If you have several children, pick one at the top or select See [name]'s full progress.
How [name] is doing shows the rating, attendance and skills coaches assessed in the last 30 days, with a list of Recent classes.
Scroll down for more sections, including [name]'s skills, Daily practice, Level exams, Practice from past games, Notes from the coach, Coach-approved insights, Progress reports, Classes, Recent games, Class recaps and Certificates.
Under Progress reports, open a monthly report or weekly summary the academy has approved. The newest one opens first.
Under Notes from the coach, read the notes the coach chose to share with your family. Select Show older notes to see more.
Under Certificates, see the skill and tournament certificates your academy issued. A withdrawn certificate is marked Revoked.
To check homework, open Homework and use the To do, Submitted and Reviewed tabs. Each item shows the child, the type of work, the due date and a status such as Overdue, Awaiting coach review or Reviewed.
Good to know
- Level exams show the exam status only, never a score.
- An empty section means nothing has been shared yet. For example, a report appears only after your academy approves and sends it.
- If you see [name]'s class updates are off, either your academy has not shared learning updates with you yet, or another guardian turned class information off. Only that guardian can turn it back on, from their own parent portal. If you turned it off yourself, you see You turned off class information for [name] and a Go to Settings button.
- You can stop the weekly progress digest email in Settings under Progress updates. This never affects fee receipts.
