See your classes for today and this week
When you sign in, the coach portal opens on Today, which lists your classes for the day. Schedule (called Week on a computer) shows the whole week. Batches shows each class group as a whole.
Steps
Sign in. Coaches land on the coach portal, on the Today page.
The top card shows the class you are teaching now. If no class is running, it shows the next class. The card is labelled Happening now, Up next, Later today or Earlier today.
For an online or hybrid class, select Join on the card to open the meeting link.
Your other classes for today are listed under the top card. Select one to open its class page.
On the top card, select All followed by the number of students to open the class page. If the class has no student count, the link reads Open class. The class page holds the lesson, prep, roster and notes for that class.
To see the full week, select Schedule in the bar at the bottom of your phone. On a computer, select Week in the side menu.
The This week page runs from Monday to Sunday in your academy’s time. Use Previous week, This week and Next week to move between weeks.
Select Open class next to any class to open its class page.
To look at a whole batch, open Batches in the sidebar of the main app. Use the Coach filter to find your batches, then open one. Its tabs can include Overview, Roster, Sessions, Attendance, Mastery, Syllabus, Quizzes and Resources, depending on your access.
